Services and Fees at Suntree Wellness
Clear, up-front pricing for psychological assessments and therapy in Milton. Every new client starts with a free consultation, so we can confirm fit before any commitment.
Suntree Wellness lists fees openly so there are no surprises. Psychological services are not covered by OHIP in Ontario, though many extended health benefit plans reimburse psychology services in full or in part. The first step is always a free consultation, by email or phone, so we can understand what you are looking for and confirm the clinic is the right fit before anything is booked.
Therapy Fees
Individual therapy is $235 per 50-minute session. Sessions begin after an initial consultation to confirm fit and goals. Read more about our therapy services.
Assessment Fees
Each assessment is billed at a flat rate based on its type, calculated at $255 per hour. This covers the full professional work of the assessment: the intake session; in-person testing; the cost of testing materials; the feedback session; and scoring, interpretation, and report writing afterward.
Billable hours are not the same as time spent with your child.
Direct testing is typically two to six hours.

Billing and Insurance
Suntree Wellness offers direct billing to most extended health insurance providers. Where direct billing is not available, the clinic provides a detailed receipt you can submit to your provider for reimbursement. Coverage for psychological services varies by plan, so it is worth confirming your benefits before starting.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is accepted by credit card. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are subject to the full session fee.
